Tower Lifts Delivering Goods Lift on Schedule for Selfridges, Oxford Street
Tower Lifts is currently involved in a lift installation project for Selfridges department store. It involves the design and installation of three bespoke car park lifts, and two goods passenger lifts at the world-famous Oxford Street location. Work on the three adjacent car park lifts, each of which is capable of carrying up to eighteen passengers to any of the shop floors, is ongoing and is proceeding well. We are delighted to be able to announce that one of the two goods/passenger lifts which have been designed to transport fresh produce from the loading bay to the prestigious food hall is now complete and operational. The three stop, two tonne lift carriage has a stylish mirrored interior, and is now reported to be providing smooth and efficient vertical transport for Selfridges employees and goods on a daily basis.

We worked collaboratively with the Selfridges staff to maintain the daily routine – essential to the smooth running of the food hall – whilst ensuring that the Tower Lifts team would have the access they needed in order to deliver on schedule.
