The Queen’s Wharf project required a dual-transport solution – a dedicated goods lift for logistics and a high-specification passenger lift for residents. The challenge? Achieving full regulatory compliance in a lift shaft with non-standard dimensions.

We engineered a bespoke traction system capable of delivering smooth, 4-stop travel despite the reduced headroom. By customising the drive system and cabin geometry, we successfully installed a robust 8-person car that meets every safety standard—proving that physical constraints don’t have to mean compromising on performance.

Managing the Queens Wharf Installation – Project Stages

  • Installation – Tower Lifts engineers carried out the installation. Even in a structure that seemed unsuitable for standard lifts, our team integrated the systems seamlessly.
