Lift Repair and Maintenance

Lift Repair and Maintenance From Tower Lifts

We get to talk to lots of lift owners and managers in the course of our work. Every single one of them tells us that they’re biggest fear is a lift breakdown. Whether they’re in the hotel business, running a restaurant, or caring for elderly residents, they recognise their lift installation to be at the heart of the smooth running of their enterprise.

Having attended on a number of lift breakdowns, we can concur that a non-functioning lift slows down business, creates frustrations, and deprives people of access. Luckily, we have a solution to the problem. Our tailor-made maintenance and lift repair contracts recognise the specific needs of your business, or environment, and minimise the risk of costly and stressful lift malfunctions.

A Tailor-Made Lift Repair and Maintenance Contract

Every lift we install is unique and bespoke to the needs of a specific business, and its operating conditions. It makes sense, therefore, to recognise that each lift requires a different kind of maintenance package. A busy shopping centre needs far more ongoing attention, for example, than a small private boutique hotel. We take care to assess your usage, and the level of risk around your lift usage, therefore, before agreeing on your lift maintenance package.

Tower Lifts engineers will give advance warning as parts need replacing and will offer detailed guidance on the upgrade required.

Keep Your Lift Looking Good

Maintenance doesn’t just cover the machinery; our checks also take into account the walls, ceiling, floor, and lighting. Passengers quickly lose faith in a lift that starts to look scruffy, dirty, or is covered in graffiti. We will advise on lift cabin design and offer fixes to restore the look of the passenger cabin where necessary.
