Our solution was to design and install three bespoke dumbwaiter lifts, that were featured on the shop floor. We wanted to ensure that the technology felt like a natural extension of the JD Sports brand.

To achieve this, we specified a sleek, durable stainless-steel finish for the lifts, complementing the store’s urban and modern interior design. The ‘call and send’ control panels were integrated flush into the surrounding fixtures, providing an intuitive user experience for staff without disrupting the visual lines of the space. This wasn’t just about installing a lift; it was about a clear understanding of the retail environment to deliver a custom-designed system that looks good and performs faultlessly.
